Terms of Service

These terms govern the supply of internet and ICT services by Hormud Communications Limited.

Service: we will use reasonable endeavours to provide the service at the speeds and availability described for your package. Speeds are maximum download speeds; actual throughput depends on Wi-Fi, devices and network conditions.

Installation: free installation applies within our coverage areas. Equipment supplied (routers, ONTs) remains Hormud property unless stated otherwise and must be returned on termination.

Billing: services are billed monthly in advance in Kenyan shillings. Invoices are available in the customer portal and payable by M-Pesa. Services may be suspended if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date.

Acceptable use: you agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to interfere with the network or other users, or to resell the service without our written consent.

Support: technical support is available 24/7 via the contact details on our website.

Termination: either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. Early termination of fixed-term business contracts may attract charges as stated in the contract.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, Hormud is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service interruption.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
